TopClean H ensures smooth processes and even more throughput in the respiratory protective equipment workshop. It cleans and disinfects respiratory protective equipment and other personal protective equipment (PPE) in a professional process that is gentle on the material and complies with the manufacturer's specifications (temperature, chemicals, time).
The pass-through hood enables consistent black/white separation and allows for new solutions in terms of planning.
With the TopClean H machine for professional reprocessing of PPE, work is particularly ergonomic: the automatic bonnet is easy on the musculoskeletal system, and the heat recovery system reduces the moisture load and energy consumption. The result: better working conditions for the respirator attendants.
Thanks to the patented compressed air connection in the washing chamber and the regulator basket, no moisture gets into the regulators. Mask wearers can breathe easy during the next operation.
The rack principle is based on a basic rack with various attachments and is suitable for all common manufacturers. All racks used in the TopClean M are also compatible with the TopClean H.
The intuitive menu navigation on the high-quality touch display allows quick and easy control of the washer-disinfector. Pictures, logos, the selected cleaning programme and the current machine status can also be seen here.
The WLAN and Bluetooth interfaces ensure fast data exchange with other systems and thus simplify documentation as well as monitoring of operating costs.
